Event management

The event management system facilitates a seamless user experience by allowing attendees to register and make online payments for events. Verification of attendance is streamlined through a QR-based system. Attendees can actively engage by posing live questions to speakers during the event, fostering interactive participation. Additionally, users gain access to event resources, providing a comprehensive platform that enhances the overall event experience.

Library seat reservation

The library reservation system enables users to pre-reserve seats in the library during available time slots. Utilizing a QR scanner within the app, users can seamlessly access the library, and they receive notifications when their reserved time is concluding. This efficient system ensures a smooth and organized experience for library users, optimizing seat utilization.

Testing

The app underwent practical testing during a live event, involving over 300 participants, with more than 50 students actively engaging with various features such as event registration, attendance verification, and asking questions during the Q&A session. Through direct observation of user interactions, valuable insights were gathered, pinpointing areas where users encountered difficulties and providing valuable feedback for refining and optimizing the product's usability and functionality.
